Integrating our inventory, we will seamlessly enhance the interiors, creating an elevated aesthetic. This option is utilized for many logistical reasons. It usually costs about 40% less, prevents having to store or remove all one's furnishings and can accommodate an owner occupied space.

Pre-Sale Improvements
Every dollar spent on a pre-sale improvements is based on projected return on investment. Rooms such as kitchens and baths may need full renovations or possibly can be updated with minimal but substantial improvements. Painting, lighting packages, new flooring, replacing interior hardware, exterior upgrades and landscaping are all within the scope of preparing a home for sale. Project management of our preferred vendors can be available for such needs.

2 Hour Design Consultation
During a design consultation, Della will help curate a plan for your overall interior design needs. Often a client has a vision but needs guidance implementing it. Floor plans for furniture placement, rearranging existing pieces, use of scale and learning how to blend existing pieces in order to execute a cohesive look are common requests. Lighting options, window treatments, wall and floor coverings can also be addressed. Maybe you can't afford a full kitchen or bath remodel but would like suggestions on how to make it look updated with minimal investment. The idea is after 2 hours you will be empowered to make properly informed purchases based on the guidance you receive. Additionally, you may choose to continue with full interior design services, having Della implement the project.

Home Styling Makeover
Don't quite have the budget for an hourly designer? Stretch your dollars by putting your trust in Della's expertise. Quite possibly there are items in your house that can be moved or repurposed in a way you have not considered. By letting Della do the decision making, pulling from her existing inventory or shopping specifically for your needs, your home's makeover can be installed quickly and more cost efficient. This is an excellent option for furnished rentals or Airbnbs. This is a flat fee service within your budget.
