The price is affected by many factors: demand of market, square footage, outdoor space(s), stairs and ease of accessibility. Glamour and Wit will cost more than some and less than others, but the value of what we offer is unsurpassed.

Yes. This would be considered a partial staging. We will help you decide what to keep and what to edit and then argument the project with our inventory.

While it is not suggested, the answer is yes. Most likely this would be done with a partial staging. However, you must vacate your home during the installation up and until it is photographed. 

Yes. Should you chose to use ours, we will provide project management. We are happy if you’d like to use your own, we just ask you to be responsible for keeping them on their completion timelines.

We like our style to be elevated and tasteful, but we never want yo take design too serious. Sometimes it’s subtle other times it’s obvious, but we always like to ad an unsuspected detail in our stagings that may invoke a chuckle.

Many brokerages now offer sellers a line of credit to solution this challenge. One way we may help is to take the balance due payment through escrow when possible.

Many bids may be out at one time. A date is secured with a signed contract and receipt of deposit payment.

60 days w/ an additional monthly rental option at 20% of original staging cost.
